You’ll find lots of music on the internet that is called Solfeggio music. Those are tones of a specific key such as 396Hz. Similar to playing keys on a piano.
Evolutioner is based on the studies listed on the Studies page here. It does not contain binaural beats or Solfeggio frequencies.
Evolutioner is purely research-based and uses isochronic tones to deliver low-frequency pulses. These low-frequency pulses create natural electromagnetic pulses in the brain that last long after the session is complete.
During our research over the last decade, we have found that the brain gets used to the same stimulus.
Just like your muscles respond better to different exercises, the brain also responds better to different stimulations.
That is why there is a different session for each day. We alternate the stimulus (waveform) and intensity (amplitude) for every session. This is necessary for the program to remain effective.
It is perfectly fine to listen to Solfeggio music. It will not have any effect on the Evolutioner sessions.
However, please note that Solfeggio music can sometimes cause anxiety.
